About Madeleine!
PYC Youth Sailing welcomes Madeleine Jones to our coaching team for summer 2025! Madeleine is a senior here in Maine at Yarmouth High School and grew up sailing in the summer, starting at age 8. As she has gotten older, she’s become passionate about teaching kids the fun of sailing! As a native Mainer, she has always loved being on the water and has loved spending this summer doing what she loves! In addition to her sailing experiences, she is also a Red Cross-certified lifeguard. This summer, Madeline has been helping coach the Opti Beginners and has loved helping them grow their confidence and comfort level on the water!
